Please read them carefully, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, before using our services.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Arthyx website, courses, masterclasses, webinars, learning resources and related educational services.

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a session or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

2About Arthyx

Arthyx provides financial-market education designed to build understanding, encourage analytical thinking and support a more structured approach to studying markets.

Our services are educational in nature. They include structured programmes such as the SAGA Programme, introductory sessions such as the ₹99 Arthyx Masterclass, and related learning resources and communications.

3Eligibility and Registration

You may use our services only if you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

When you register, enquire or enrol, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information
  • Keep your login details and access credentials confidential
  • Inform us promptly if you believe your access has been used without your permission
  • Take responsibility for activity carried out through your access

We may decline or cancel a registration where information is incomplete, inaccurate or used in a way that conflicts with these terms.

4Programmes and Access

The SAGA Programme is a structured 12-week learning journey delivered in four progressive stages: Launchpad (3 weeks), Velocity (4 weeks), Orbit (3 weeks) and Cruise Control (2 weeks). Each stage is designed to build on the previous one.

Programme content, schedules, session formats, trainers and learning materials may be updated from time to time to improve the learning experience or to reflect operational requirements. Where a change materially affects enrolled learners, we will communicate it.

Access to any programme, session or resource is granted to the enrolled learner only. It is personal, limited and non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold or made available to others.

Progression between stages follows the structure of the programme. Individual modules are not offered as separate entry points unless Arthyx states otherwise for a specific offering.

5Fees and Payments

The applicable fee for a course, webinar, masterclass, programme or other paid offering will be communicated before payment. Learners should review the programme details, inclusions and conditions before completing a purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and service providers made available on the website. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and requirements of those providers.

By completing a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the details and terms presented at the time of enrolment.

6Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the terms communicated for the specific offering at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any refund or other right that may be available to you under applicable law.

7Intellectual Property

The website and all educational content provided through it, including course materials, presentations, recordings, charts, illustrations, text, graphics, logos and the Arthyx name and branding, belong to Arthyx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Enrolled learners receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for their own learning. You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, record, distribute or publish course content or live sessions
  • Share, sell, sublicense or otherwise make materials available to third parties
  • Modify, adapt or create derivative works from our content
  • Use the Arthyx name, logo or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation

We aim to keep the website and services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or to a programme where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access would affect the security or integrity of our services or the experience of other learners.

You may stop using our services at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before it, and terms that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
